Situated on the first floor of the old house, looking on the garden, the biggest swimming pool, and on the courtyard, the "suite La Terrasse" has television, and kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, 4 ring hob, an oven (bottled gas), a fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner and ironing facilities. It has a private terrace (not overlooked) with teak furniture and barbecue. From the sitting room (with a fireplace) original stone stairs lead to the largest of the three swimming pools. Very large accommodation with a private terrace (not overlooked), 2 bedrooms (double beds 140cm wide) and 1 twin room (2 beds 90cm wide) on the main floor and a third one in a tower, a dining room, a living room, a separate kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, a separate WC. (not very modern, it is the old part of the house, but comfortable). Original stone stairs lead to the biggest swimming pool.

There is a wonderful Saturday morning market full of fresh local produce, sometimes plants and flowers, cheeses, meats and seafood, and of course wine. There are cafés and bistros, a variety of shops, antiques shops where you can often find a bargain and, in the oldest part of town, several craft shops.
You have a lot of activities nearby, such as golf, riding, sailing, fishing, walking (Parc Naturel du Haut Languedoc et Caroux), beaches, ....
and also a lot of very famous towns to visit: Beziers and le "canal du Midi", Sete, Montpellier, Abbeys: Fontfroide, Valmagne, St Guilhem le Desert, etang de Thau, Carcassonne and the Cathare castles,....
